Jumeirah facade refresh
Cracked render and faded paint replaced with a repaired, re-rendered and repainted facade plus new external lighting.
The brief.
Hairline cracks across the front elevation, water staining under the parapets, and paint that had chalked in the sun.
What we did.
Cut out and repaired cracks, re-rendered damaged areas, waterproofed the parapets and terrace, then applied a primer and UV-rated topcoat in a colour approved by the community. Added facade lighting on a timer.
The result.
The house reads as new from the street. Community NOC handled by us, no disruption inside.
