- Plumbing & ACRe-routed services, new FCUs and ducting where the layout changes.
- Paint & finishesSkim, prime, two coats. Feature walls, microcement and stone by request.

Questions we get asked.
Can we stay in the property during the works?
Usually, yes. We phase the work by floor or by room and seal off the site area. Full villa refits are easier if you can move out for the heavy weeks.
Who handles community and municipality approvals?
We do. Fit-out permits, NOCs from the developer or community, and municipality approvals where structural or MEP changes are involved.
How long does an apartment renovation take?
A two-bedroom apartment typically takes [8 to 12] weeks once materials are confirmed. We give you a dated schedule with the quote.
