Springs villa, full renovation
A 2005 villa taken back to shell and rebuilt for a family of five: new kitchen, four bathrooms, facade and a garden that finally gets used.
The brief.
Dated finishes, a closed kitchen and a garden nobody sat in. The family wanted an open ground floor, a proper outdoor room, and to stay in the house during the works.
What we did.
Removed two walls to open the kitchen to the living room, re-ran MEP, laid large-format porcelain throughout, and built a shaded terrace with a plunge pool. Works phased by floor so the family stayed in.
The result.
Handed over [on schedule], snag list closed in one visit. The terrace is now where dinner happens.
