Shade first, then planting, then everything else. We design and build villa gardens, terraces and pool surrounds that hold up to a Dubai summer and get used the rest of the year.

Each item is quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for and take out what you do not need.
- Layout & 3D conceptLevels, zones, sightlines from inside the house. A plan you can react to before we price it.
- HardscapePaving, decking, steps, retaining walls, built-in seating and outdoor kitchens.
- Shade & structuresPergolas, louvred roofs, sails and screens sized for the sun path on your plot.
- Planting & irrigationHeat-tolerant species, drip irrigation on a timer, drainage that copes with the rare downpour.
- Lighting & powerLow-voltage path and feature lighting, outdoor sockets, provisions for a future pool or kitchen.
- Pool surroundsCopings, non-slip finishes, showers and the planting that softens the edge. Pool build by [PARTNER / IN-HOUSE].

Questions we get asked.
How much does a villa garden cost?
It depends on hardscape more than plants. Typical villa gardens we build fall between [AED X] and [AED Y]. The site visit is free and we will give you a range on the spot.
Do I need approvals?
Structures like pergolas and outdoor kitchens usually need a community NOC. Planting and paving inside your plot generally do not. We handle the paperwork either way.
How long does it take?
A typical villa garden is [4 to 8] weeks on site. Planting goes in last so it is not trampled during the build.
Can you renovate an existing garden rather than start over?
Yes, and it is often the better option. We keep mature trees and working irrigation where we can and rebuild around them.
