- Plumbing & drainageNew supply and drainage runs, pressure-tested before anything is closed up.
- Ventilation & lightingExtraction that actually removes steam, and lighting you can shave by.

Questions we get asked.
How long does a bathroom take?
A standard bathroom takes [2 to 3] weeks from strip-out to handover, once tiles and sanitaryware are on site.
Do you supply the materials?
Either. We can supply everything from our regular suppliers or install materials you have chosen and bought yourself.
What is the warranty on waterproofing?
