Questions we get asked.
Do I need approvals to change the facade?
Most communities require an NOC for facade changes, and some restrict colours and materials. We check the guidelines and submit on your behalf.
How often does exterior paint need redoing here?
With a proper primer and UV-rated topcoat, expect [7 to 10] years before it needs attention.
Can you work while we live in the house?
Yes. Exterior work rarely disrupts the interior beyond noise during working hours.
