Marina apartment kitchen
A galley kitchen opened into the living room with a stone island and full-height storage.
The brief.
A narrow, closed kitchen in a rented-out apartment the owners were moving back into. They wanted light, an island, and somewhere to put everything.
What we did.
Removed the partition to the living room after developer NOC, re-ran water and drainage to a new island position, fitted custom cabinetry with a sintered stone top and integrated appliances.
The result.
The living room gained [6] m² of usable space and the kitchen is now the room people gather in.
